Delivery Costs
We have FREE postage for all orders over £60 placed within mainland UK. Orders under £60 have a nominal postage charge of £2.90. Mainland UK is as defined by our courier Parcel Force.
We no longer ship to outside the UK. Shipping policies are subject to change without notice.
Delivery Schedule
Orders are normally despatched within 2-3 working days, or sooner, (may vary in busy periods) and are sent Royal Mail First Class or Recorded or Parcelforce depending upon the weight & value of the order. BFPO orders will be sent via 1st Class Mail, with a limit of £30 per parcel. Orders over the £30 limit will be sent in multiple parcels, at no extra cost to the customer.Parcels under 1500g to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and other offshore islands will be sent Royal Mail First Class recorded (1-2 day delivery including Saturdays). Parcels over 1500g to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and other offshore islands will be sent by Royal Mail standard parcels (3 - 5 day service). Please allow 14 days for delivery. Please note that Parcelforce & Royal Mail do not accept requests to leave packages with neighbours etc. Royal Mail Recorded & Business Post Standard do not offer guaranteed delivery times, merely 'delivery aims' and will not declare a package as 'lost' until after 10 working days - we will always, on request, provide you with your Recorded Delivery tracking number and despatch date if you wish to find out the status of your package with your local delivery office. We will track any lost parcels to your satisfaction. Packages leave CraftatHome in perfect condition, claims for damage caused to goods whilst in transit must be made to the carrier responsible - we recommend you take a photograph of any damage to assist your claim.
Back Orders
We regret that the online store does not show 'real time' stock availability. However if an item you order is not in stock, we will back order for you and you will be informed of delivery timings. You will always be e-mailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait and we will issue an immediate refund. Please note that any items you order from our clearance section that are out of stock will be automatically refunded and not placed on back order.
Returns Policy
In the rare event of faulty goods being received, these must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Any postage costs incurred in the return of faulty goods will not refunded if the customer has used our free postage offer. We cannot be held liable for goods lost in transit whilst being returned to us, in this event you must obtain compensation from the postal service involved. We recommend goods are returned by Recorded Delivery to ensure signed receipt. This does not affect your statutory rights. Packages leave CraftatHome in perfect condition, claims for damage to goods whilst in transit must be made to the carrier responsible - we recommend your taking a photograph of any damage to assist your claim.
By Law Policy
By law, you also have the right to withdraw from your purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered to you.
How to Cancel
To cancel your purchase during the 7 day cooling off period, please return the invoice that accompanies your items, giving the reason for the return as "contract cancellation". Please pack any unopened item securely and send it to us with the invoice enclosed. The goods should be back at Craftathome within 7 working days of you receiving your order. We will calculate this as 9 working days from the date we posted the package to you. We reserve the right to use CraftatHome calculations in this instance.

For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery or another insured service as we cannot re-imburse your account without receiving the items back first, in perfect condition. Once the items have been returned and checked, only then will we credit your account. We will refund the purchase price of the returned item (excluding delivery charges) within 30 days of cancellation.
