Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy, put them into the shopping cart and click on "confirm". After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We regret that the online store does not currently  show 'real time' stock availability.  Real time stock will be in place by November 2011.  We also have FREE GIFT offers on our website.  These MUST be included in your basket at the time of ordering.  Please note that the free gift items are limited to one item per order.

Pre-order items will be fully charged at time of ordering however full order will not be sent until all items have been received from wholesaler.  Due delivery dates for pre-order items as stated on listings are estimates from wholesalers and cannot be guaranteed.  However we endeavour to keep due date information accurate and, when necessary, will update listing information as soon as we are notified of any changes.   If you have included one of our FREE GIFT offers with your order this will be sent at the same time as your pre-order as soon as pre-order stock becomes available.

Credit Card Security When checkout is completed, you will have the choice of the Protx or Paypal website for secure payment processing. Please only use the Paypal option if you have an existing Paypal account.

Credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are not held in clear text on any web site. You will receive a confirmation that your payment has been processed. Please note that at no point is CraftatHome passed any details regarding your credit card.
We are also able to process your card payment offline if you prefer. Please note that this is essentially a back up procedure and online payment is the preferred method.
If you would like to pay for your order via cheque or postal orders, or by telephone please complete checkout, but opt out of the online payment process. You will then need to contact us on 01698 303657 for further instructions.

The online store & order confirmation do not show 'real time' stock availability and whilst we aim to keep the catalogue up to date, some items may be out of stock at the time your order is processed. If you wish to be advised of any out of stock items before despatch, then please note it in the special instructions area of checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice, E&OE.
